What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, the event information you share, your preferred contact method and your areas of interest. Our server also records your IP address and the time of submission to prevent abuse.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and quotes, and manage our relationship with you. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Legal basis

We process your data with your consent, given when you tick the consent box on our contact form, and where necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting project, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless the law requires otherwise.

Sharing

Your data is stored with our web-hosting and email providers. We may share it with partners who help deliver your show only where needed for your project.

Cookies

This site uses a single session cookie to protect the contact form from spam and forged submissions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing us. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
